Well it’s not Phelps, but Frederick Bousquet a 27 years old French swimmer, who won the silver medal for the Men’s Team 4 x 100m Freestyle at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games (yes that second after Phelps:). Now, his full frontal pictures leaked on internet! (faster than Phelp’s:)

    In his swimming photos, his tattoo is on the right side of the chest. In his jack off vid, the tattoo is on the left side of the chest. How could this be him?
